Rodent droppings found on floor and two shelves beneath prep table area including on some canned coconut milk and cutting board.

Exhaust canopy grill vents require cleaning. Increase frequency of cleaning. Take one down and clean one per night to assist with grease.

Corrective Action(s): Spray rodent droppings with 200ppm chlorine solution or equivalent. Remove droppings from area. Wet affected area with 200ppm chlorine or equivalent and soak all affected areas.
