Observation: One dead rodent found in a tin cat and rodent droppings were observed in the store. Facility is currently serviced by a professional pest control operator on-demand.
Corrective Action(s): Contact pest control services to prevent further pest infestation. Clean rodent droppings and sanitize all affected areas. Continue to monitor for pests and contact pest control services as needed.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Dairy dispenser was at 4C.
-Chest freezer was at -24C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink in the front area.
-Handwashing shared with 2-compartment sink. Hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels available at the handwash station.
-Sanitizing carried out using Kay5 chlorine packets.
-Frozen beverage dispenser cleaned and sanitized every 3-4 days using Kay5 chlorine sanitizer
-Random selection of foods were within their best before dates.
-Foods were in good condition and stored off the ground.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
