Follow-up Inspection:
Cleaning has been done for the following:
- Slicer
- Potato masher
- Ice machine
- Inside dishwasher
- Ventilation canopies
- Fountain drink/beverage dispenser knobs
All food items covered and protected from contamination.
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Ice scoop stored in designated tray on top of ice machine.
Ice build-up around edge of walk-in freezer door has been removed.
3 staff members have taken the FOODSAFE Level 1.
QUAT sanitizer available in spray bottles = 200 ppm.
General cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen has improved significantly.
Caulking on floor for walk-in cooler/walk-in freezer has been replaced.
