Observation: Small leak from ceiling pipes dripping onto floor across from front hand sink. Staff have the leak contained (in a container) and mentioned the leak has been fixed several times.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the leak. Ensure it doesn't drip onto any food contact surfaces in the meantime.
