Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted clean bowls double stacked with pooling water and wet plates that appeared clean to be stored away.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure food equipment that has been cleaned in the dishwasher has thoroughly air dried before being stored away.

B) Noted some build up of dust on the ceiling tiles above the cookline.

All coolers 4⁰C or less (under counter, upright 3 door cooler...etc)
Bean sprouts stored in ice water at time of inspection.
Did not observed any food preparation/handling at time of inspection. No patrons noted in restaurant.
Freezer x3 all less than -18C
Hot holding of rice 65C.
General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest infestation noted at time of inspection.
Meat slicer appeared clean at time of inspection.
Ice machine appeared clean with scoop for ice stored outside of the ice in a separate container.
Chlorine sanitizer in container with cloths submerged 100ppm.
High temperature dish washer achieved 71⁰C (with thermolabel).
