Follow up inspection report #DSOG-CCYTG7:

- All cold potentially hazardous food items stored inside the coolers at < or = 4C. Better organization is required inside the walk in cooler (ie raw meats in bottom shelves, vegetables on top shelves)
- All handwashing stations supplied with hand soap. Sinks free of any cooking equipment.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles at 200ppm QUAT concentration. Surface sanitizer in bucket at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration. Ensure to change out the sanitizer daily.
- Most food items stored covered with plastic wraps or tight fitting lids.
- Bags of flour/sugar/dry foods stored in carts with lids.
- Ice scoops stored outside the ice machine.
- General sanitation improved. Ensure to follow deep cleaning schedule.
- Ceiling tile installed above the dishwasher.
- Working thermometers inside all refrigeration units.
