Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No paper towels were available at two of the hand sinks.
Corrective Action(s): Corrected during inspection. Ensure staff replace paper towels in dispensers as required. All hand sinks must be equipped with warm water, liquid soap and paper towels at all times the department is operational.
