Routine inspection of kitchen for use by rental groups: No changes to premise. 2 compartment sink available for warewashing. Liquid soap and paper towels provided. Domestic cooler at 4 degrees C. Freezer section at -13 degrees C. Ensure during operation a 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution is available for sanitizing food contact surfaces. General sanitizer formula: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water. Ensure for any public temporary events that is hosted by the City of Delta or any other organizations that a Fraser Health temporary food permit application is completed and submitted for review.
