General Comments:
Coolers are below 4 degC
Freezers are below -18 degC
Hotholding was above 60 degC
Exhaust hood has been serviced. Next service date is in April, 2024.
Hand sinks are fully equipped; washrooms are fully equipped
Dishwasher rinse temperature was 72 degC at plate level
Pest control company is on contract. Last report reviewed. No major concerns.
200ppm Quats is available onsite. PROVIDE SANITIZER AT FRONT OF HOUSE (FOH) AS WELL.
Manager has FS level 1 or equivalent certification. Reminder to renew certificate before it expires in July, 2024.
