- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer available
- Low temp dishwasher achieved >50ppm chlorine residual
- Chemical in the dishwasher is checked twice daily by the operator
- Temperatures of refrigeration units meet regulatory requirements (<4C coolers. <-18C freezers)

- Raw meats are stored on the bottom shelf in the walk-in freezer

- Ensure that all canned foods are transferred to a food-grade container once opened. Metal from the can may leach into foods.
