Follow-up inspection - Low temperature dishwasher working with a final rinse chlorine residual concentration of 100ppm. Operator indicated that technician arrived this morning to verify that the dishwasher is working and emailed report to health inspector. Educated operator to monitor the sanitizer concentration of the dishwasher. - Meat thermometer available onsite - Potato fries chopper dissembled and observed in sanitary condition. ***Correction order for dishwasher rescinded. Operator can use the dishwasher for cleaning and sanitizing of dishware** Note: - Surface sanitizer in the kitchen measured to be at 100ppm. Discussed with operator to prepare a second bleach solution to store in the front serving area - A cheque of $150 has been received
