Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at/below -18'C.
- Hot-holding unit operating above 60'C.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in a bucket to hold wiping rags.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 71.5'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- Foods obtained from approved sources. Receipts checked at this time.
- Front servery satisfactory. Washroom sinks satisfactory.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility very good, except one equipment mentioned above.
