Routine inspection conducted - All hand wash stations had hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel - 200ppm chlorine available in bucket with cloth. Clean and labelled. - Paan work station was clean - Paan leaves stored in water and changed every - Ice cream freezer was -18C or lower *Ensure items are covered* - Chest freezer was -18C or lower - Glass display coolers were 4C or lower - Ice cream scoops are kept in water - changed every 20-30 minutes. Kept track via alarms on phone - No pest activity was noted during inspection
