Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing station in back area, front area and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - Display coolers and walk in cooler are maintained at 4C or less. - Freezers maintained at -18C or less. - Hot holding unit for cooked chicken is not in use. Chicken is cooked to the order (no hot holding) - Accurate thermometers are available in all coolers and freezers.. - 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. - Food contact surface sanitizer is available at 200ppm chlorine residual - No pest activities observed at the time of the inspection.
