Kitchen was not in use at the time of inspection - Hand washing station is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - All coolers are ≤ 4°C (Sliding glass door, single glass door, and residential) except for the drinks cooler at approximately 6°C. Ensure you do not store any perishable foods in the drinks cooler. - All freezers are ≤ -18°C - Reviewed manual dishwashing procedures - Bleach is available for preparing sanitizer. Ensure this is prepared by mixing 1/2 teaspoon (1/2 cap) per 1L water. - Dry storage areas are maintained - Premise is well lit - No signs of pests observed during inspection - Permit is posted
