Routine Inspection conducted today.
COVID-19 compliance conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and posted. Mask policy in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Plexiglass barrier in place between tables at patio dine-in. Patio dine-in only at time of inspection. Health screening and documenting of all employees before entering work conducted daily. NOTE: Provide physical distancing decals, signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter, occupancy signage, handwashing signage, and sanitizer signage. Update COVID-19 Safety Plan to include occupancy limit.

Handsink well equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
High-temperature dishwasher measured at 180F at the manifold.
All cold-holding and hot-holding units met health requirements.
No signs of pest observed.
Overall, facility is well organized.
