- Coolers 4C or colder; freezer -19C; thermometers present
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot + cold water.
- Low temperature dishwasher has [cl2] of 50ppm.
- Glasswasher had [I2] of 12.5ppm.
- Quats sanitizer in cloth buckets + spray bottles were 200ppm strength.
- All surfaces are smooth, sealed, level, durable, and cleanable.
- The floor is clean, durable, level and cleanable.
- General sanitation level is good.
- No signs of pests.
- FSP + SP received. Revisions needed, please submit.
- FoodSafe certified staff present
- Great improvements to sanitation, repairs to walls and floors and shelving units.
- Obtained health permit fees for the remaining year (cheque $20.83) and the upcoming year (cheque $250.00)
- Complete the remaining repairs to the wall behind + beneath the dishwasher; the leaking pipe under the prep sink; and the ceiling tiles by the dishwasher.
- Premises layout has not changed.
- Permit to operate granted. |
