Follow up inspection Previous infractions corrected - food protected from contamination. 200 ppm chlorine solution is used to sanitized food equipment and food contact surfaces. Staff are educated to use food grade sanitizers at the correct concentrations. Staff are scheduled for FoodSafe Level 1 training this weekend with Advance Continuing Education Abbotsford Class.
