- Apple juice (internal temperature @ 11C)
- Orange juice(internal temperature @ 9C)

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed frozen pork in an ambient temperature. Pork was still frozen when touched. Staff relocated porks to a walk in cooler at this time.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: 1. Food and grease build up noted behind the grill line.
2. Old dry looking rodent droppings noted next to the drink syrup storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize areas described in the observation section.
Use 100-200 ppm bleach sanitizer to soak rodent droppings for 10-15 minutes before picking them up with a single use paper towels. Do not vacuum.
Correct this by: October 11, 2022.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: 1. Tropicana cooler's ambient air temperature was measured at 10C.
2. Sandwich cooler for storing ketchup and other sauces measured at 13C.
3. A thermometer in the Tropicana cooler was fixed at 0C (air temperature measured at 10C).
Corrective Action(s): 1 and 2, service coolers to maintain foods' temperature at or below 4C at all time.
3. Replace the thermometer
The facility is to immediately stop using aforementioned coolers until it is serviced and inspected by district health inspector.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Food contact surface sanitizers measured at 200 ppm chlorine as per test strip.
Low temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle noted at 50 ppm chlorine at the plate level.
Coolers measured at 4C or less (see violation for an exception)
Freezers in satisfactory temperature - products stored frozen.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
Ice machine in an adequate condition.
