All spills/accidents must be cleaned appropriately. Corrective Action(s): Remove spill contents and clean area as needed. This is to be completed immediately. Violation Score: 3

Routine inspection. Environmental Health Officer met with Assistant Front store manager during time of this inspection. Handwashing station in bathroom is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Walk in cooler at 2c. Front display cooler (beverages) at 3c. Front display cooler (deli meats/vegetables) at 4c. Walkin freezer at -26c. Freezer (ice cream) at -19c. Front display freezer at -23c. Temperature log is available and being recorded on routine basis. All sanitation logs, policies and procedures are being recorded and available onsite. No expired products found during this inspection. Back storage area is adequately organized and in sanitary condition. All foods located at least 6 inches off the floor. Overall sanitation in front store area is adequate. Pest control is in place and being done by pest control professional on monthly basis. Pest control reports are available onsite. No issues noted during time of inspection. The following requires operators attention: 1. see above noted violation(s)
