Observation: 1 live cockroach noted in the front retail area. 2 dead cockroaches noted underneath the 3 compartment sink and prep sink.
Corrective Action(s): Facility has an on-going contract with a pest control company. Ensure the pest company is aware of the on-going pest problem and the necessary remediation actions area taken. In addition to having a pest control company, maintaining a high level of sanitary condition within the preemies is key to eliminate and prevent the pest problem.

Observation: Accumulation of black grease noted underneath the grill unit (within and on the floor). Accumulation of grease, dirt, and food debris noted underneath prep-sink, 3 compartment sink, shelving unit behind the front insert cooler and area around the front prep cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hard to reach areas, especially areas around the grill station and 3 compartment sink are frequently and thoroughly cleaned.

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted
All cooler units at 4C or below
Food items stored in the inserts were at 4C or below.
Stand up freezer at -16C.
Chlorine sanitizer spray bottle at 200ppm
Hand washing stations satisfactory. Paper towel dispenser is broken, but paper towel was available. Replace the broken paper towel dispenser.
3 compartment sink satisfactory.
Chlorine dishwasher achieved a final rinse concentration of 100ppm at plate level. Ensure chlorine test strips are available to verify the unit is in good working order daily.
Different spatula used to handle raw and cooked meat on the grill unit.
