Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Server cooler in front area storing foods at greater than 4 deg. C. Air temperature measured at 10 deg. C using IR gun. Internal temperature of milk meausred at 7 deg. C using probe thermometer.
-Potentially hazardous foods must be stored at 4 deg. C or below to minimize bacterial growth.

Corrective Action:
-Repair/adjust cooler so it maintains foods at 4 deg. C or less.
-In the meantime, move milk and creamers into a working cooler.

General Comments:
-Hand sinks have hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-Hi-temp dishwasher measured 75.4 deg. at plate surface.
Minimum 71 deg. C is required to adequately sanitize dishes.
-Ice machines in back and front area are clean and in good condition.
-Food organization is good.
-Quats sanitizer concentration at dispenser and in spray bottles measured 200 ppm.
-Fans in walk-in cooler and freezer are clean.
*NOTE: Ensure foods in cold storage are covered and protected from contamination during non-rush hour periods.

-COVID-19 Safety Plan is posted and available on site.
-Dining tables that are not in use are clearly marked to maintain 2m physical distancing between customer.
-Workers wearing face masks and/or face shields
-Arrows noted on ground throughout dining area to ensure one-way movement by patrons.
