Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # 257197 of Jun-06-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: 1) Dried food debris build up noted on meat grinder during time of inspection. 2) Ice Machine not kept in a clean manner. Appeared to have some mold growth inside machine. Correction: Thoroughly clean Ice Machine and Meat Grinder so both equipment kept in clean manner. Although meat grinder stored in cooler, a cleaning schedule must be followed so no dry food/meat build up is observed. Date to be Correct by. Immediately
