Follow-up inspection to inspection report AHEN-BHXRBD. The following was discussed:
Operator had submitted finalized food safety plan and sanitation plan to the Health Protection Office
Food safety plan and sanitation plans were reviewed, including final revisions that were discussed together with the operator
Operator familiar with appropriate storage practices, including the segregation of raw and ready-to-eat meats. It was discussed that only raw meats were to be placed in the display cooler, and that ready-to-eat meats are to be placed above raw meats at all times in the walk-in cooler
Physical copy of the food safety plan and sanitation plan were provided to the operator. A digital copy of the final revisions were taken by the operator at time of inspection
