Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating below required temperature of 4'C; Freezer operating below required temperature of -18'C.
-Temperature monitoring system in place. Logs maintained.
-200ppm Quats available in buckets to hold wiping cloths throughout.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 73.4'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-Ice machines in sanitary condition. Scoop stored in proper manner.
-General food storage practice excellent throughout.
-Serveries maintained in sanitary condition.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.

General sanitation of the facility excellent at this time. Keep up the good work.
