- 200ppm chlorine available in spray bottle
- Low temperature dishwasher reached 50ppm chlorine at plate surface
- Walk-in, and preparation coolers were 4C or lower
- Chest and upright freezers were -18C or lower
- Ventilation hoods scheduled to be serviced next week
- No evidence of pest activity was observed during inspection
- General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate
