Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff washroom - handwashing station papertowel dispenser is empty.

Cloth hand towel hung on washroom door.
Corrective Action(s): Hand-washing stations must be equipped with a stocked liquid soap dispenser, warm water and single use hand drying towels from a dispenser.

Staff refilled papertowel dispenser during inspection.
