Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food contact surface sanitizer was not available at the time of inspection. Staff explained that the bottles have run out and that they are awaiting delivery. Staff prepared a bleach solution that achieved 100ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure food contact surface sanitizer is always prepared and on-site. Keep extra food contact surface sanitizer to avoid running out.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand wash station hot water nozzle is broken. Only cold water is coming out of that sink due to the damage.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the hand wash sink is repaired and able to supply hot water. Continue to use staff washroom and 3 compartment sink to conducted hand washing

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scoop handles stored inside sugar. Handle was observed submerged in food item. Staff was notified and they immediately removed the scoop.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure scoop handles are stored in a manner that will not contaminate food items.

Observation: Hot water nozzle on hand wash sink is broken. Staff called operator and the operator explained that it wil be fixed by the next day.
