-General sanitation is satisfactory. Some cleaning needed in the dry storage area (wire shelving, equipment storage bins).
-Hand washing station is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
-Coolers at < or = 4C
-Freezers at < or = -18C
-Hot holding units were not in use at the time of inspection. Ensure they are capable of maintaining temperatures of at least 60C.
-High temperature dishwasher is in use. Temperatures reached 77.2C at the plate level during the final rinse.
-Quat sanitizer available in spray bottle
-No signs of pests observed during inspection. R. And L. Bio-Pest Control provides pest control services twice a month. Reports available for review.
