*Bleach sanitizer now available on site. Ensure this is always available for use in a spray bottle and that the same concentration in used (if required) for sanitizing items in the dish sinks.
*Copies of operator Food Safe certificated received during inspection.
*Note: obtain a maximum - reading, waterproof thermometer (or test labels with thermal pass/fail indicators), and begin regular testing of dishwasher rinse temperature. Ensure washer reaches a minimum rinse temperature of 71C at the plate level. Have unit adjusted if temperature is not met.
*No other concerns at this time.
