Comments

-Follow-up inspection to August 15, 2019.
-Display coolers were at 4C.
-Washroom handwash station has been serviced and had hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Cutting surfaces are now being sanitized between uses, and within every 2 hours. Bleach sanitizer at 100ppm available at the time of inspection.
-General cleaning to the oven area has been carried out.
-Foods made off-site are now properly labelled.
-Hot holding of chicken is at 60C. Hot holding unit is already turned to maximum setting.
-Staff member on-site had SafeCheck (Equivalent to FOODSAFE Level 1 training).
-Hand hygiene has been addressed with staff. Still observing some hand hygiene issues surround glove usage.
