-Kitchen has minimal use and minimal amounts of food.
-Upright cooler was not being used at the time of inspection. Cooler is plugged in when needed. Cooler is equipped with a thermometer
-Storage area cooler as at 4C.
-Storage area freezer was at -24C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 73C on the dish surface during the final rinse (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Bleach sanitation spray bottle was labelled and tested at 200ppm. Test strips available on-site to verify bleach concentration.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent certified staff available during food preparation.
