- Splashguards installed at the main handwashing station.
- Walk in cooler: 4C
- Walk in freezer: -18C
- Drain plugs available for manual dishwashing. Ensure to follow the proper manual warewashing procedures: 1) wash 2) rinse 3) sanitize 4) air dry
- Must provide working thermometers inside the walk in cooler and walk in freezer.
