Observation: What appears to be dark spots of mould/mildew was observed in some areas along floor-to-wall junction located on west side of dry storage room. Moisture was also observed in these areas.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure affected areas are properly cleaned and disinfected to remove dark spots and moisture. Identify and remove source of moisture. Moisture may potentially allow for the survival and breeding of pests. Date to be corrected by: September 20, 2019.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Walk in cooler at 1 degree C (ambient)
- Walk in freezer at -20 degrees C (ambient)
- No hot holding
- Food items are protected from potential contamination.
- Non-latex gloves available
- Hand washing station is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer is available in a labeled spray bottle at 200 ppm
- Utensils and equipment maintained in sanitary condition
- High temperature dishwasher measured 76 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (minimum required: 71 degrees C at the utensil surface).
- Temperature logs maintained. A probe thermometer is available on site for internal temperature checks.
- Audited sample of nutritional supplements within expiry
- Canned goods that are in poor condition (e.g. dented or bulging) are set aside in a designated area to be returned to supplier
- No signs of pest activity observed
