Bleach solution used for wiping down counters inside back prep area and front customer area. tested at over 100ppm Cl residual

Ensure cooked sausages at grill are out for a max of 2 hours at room temperature. Use up within the 2 hours OR place into the cooler at less than 4C

Hot holding over 60C

Remove milk/potatoes and any potentially hazardous items from the back cooler until it is holding food at less than 4C. Obtain another thermometer to check temperature of the cooler.
