Follow up inspection: -Meat products inside walk-in-cooler were covered and stored off the floor. -Ventilation canopy, floor near the cooking area, and shelving units were cleaned. -Broken lid of the plastic bin was replaced according to staff. -Lids were in an intact condition at the time of inspection. -Garbage bag with extra equipment was not on-site. -Soiled cardboard box was removed from the premises. -100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available inside two sanitizer pails with wiping cloths. -Please continue with regular cleaning to maintain the restaurant in a clean condition.
