Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # ECAO-CKBU2D of Oct-18-2022 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Handwash sink next to Take-out window is deficient: -no hot water available -no paper towels in dispenser Operator indicates the hot water faucet is not able to turn off/on. Operator turned on main hot water knob underneath now it does not turn off NOTE: operator indicates that workers are using the front POS area handsink instead Correction: Repair the handsink immediately. ALL handsinks must have hot/cold water, paper towels in dispenser and clear for use The POS area handsink is not practical to use for food workers near the dishpit area NOTE: you were cited for a handwash deficiency in the last routine, increased enforcement will occur with continued citations
