Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Licensing observed a knife on the kitchen counter accessible to children. The licensee removed the knife immediately after it was discussed.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure children do not have access to items that may be hazardous to their health or safety.

Observation: Licensing reviewed 8 attendance records and noted 10 children were not signed out.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure that the daily attendance record indicates the time of arrival and departure for each child.
