Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # BWOI-C67SMD of Aug-24-2021 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Meat slicer observed with food debris affixed to blade. This is a repeat violation noted in report BWOI-BKVQMH on January 16, 2020. Correction: Ensure staff are trained on how to properly clean and sanitize the meat slicer. Ensure staff have access to a flashlight to verify cleaning has been properly done. Write steps for staff to follow when cleaning and sanitizing the meat slicer.
