Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer spray bottles had no detectable chlorine sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure spray bottles are maintained at 100ppm to 200ppm chlorine to properly sanitize food contact surfaces. Bleach was prepared at 100ppm at the time of inspection.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure all chemical containers are properly labelled to prevent accidental mixing and or misuse of chemicals. Once labels fade, containers will need to be relabelled.

Comments

-Kitchen cooler was at 4C.
-Refrigerator/freezer was at 4C/-15C.
-Under counter freezer was at -14C.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-Foods were cooked to greater than 74C and served within 2 hours.
-High temperature had a final rinse of 71C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
-Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until July 17, 2023.
