Soap dispenser now glued to wall at handsink by servery area
No cremo stored at room temperature
Ice cream scoops now stored in empty container
In use utensils now stored in ice water bath, and changed every 4 hours
Sanitizers in bucket/container noted at cooking line
Observed number of fruit flies decreasing
Most cleaning required has been done
Most of missing tiles in dishwashing area has been replaced; workers need to replace 4 tiles still in dishwashing area (did not bring enough)
Next project is leveling the floor under cooking line to reduce pooling of water under cooking line
Operator is in the process of applying for a copy of the operating health permit
