Follow-up to inspection conducted on January 20, 2020 (Report MLOO-BKZVF2)

- Dishwasher has been repaired. 50 ppm chlorine residual detected.
- Quat sanitizer dispenser has been repaired. 200 ppm Quat detected at dispenser and in spray bottles.
- Test strips and kits obtained. Logs maintained for dishwasher and Quat dispenser. Ensure glasswasher is also included. Keep logs onsite for review.
- Tongs are stored in ice water
