- Dishwasher reached 76C at the final rinse cycle (dishwasher was not working initially, but repair tech had already been called prior to inspection; dishwasher repaired at the time of inspection)
- Sanitizer measured 200ppm quats; obtain new test strips for sanitizer
- Dipper well running
- Foods labelled to facilitate FIFO
