Follow-up inspection conducted to test high temperature dishwasher and review bar area. Refer to report #ATHI-CBWUK9 for kitchen routine inspection.

Bar:
-Handwash station located at the bar is fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water.
-Ice machine is empty and clean
-Drinks cooler is at 4C

High Temperature Dishwasher:
-Was in use during inspection
-Dishwasher achieved 73.3C (min. 71C) at plate level. In good working condition.
-Operator to send EcoLab report
