Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed food debris floating in the sanitizing sink which was filled with 200ppm Quats and ready for use.
Corrective Action(s): Directed staff to drain the sink and refresh the 200ppm Quats. All food debris should have been rinsed off in the middle sink so that the dishware/pans are only submerging in the sanitizer.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two pots were placed in front of the handwash station by the triple compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): Directed staff to relocate the items so the handsink is unblocked. Discussed with store manager to ensure that dirty items are stored away from clean items, to allow for unidirectional flow of dishware and minimize cross contamination.
