Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
Freezer maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
Temperature logs maintained.
Chlorine bleach sanitizer in spray bottle = 100 ppm.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with >71 degrees Celsius at dish level for final rinse.
General food storage practices very good:
- All food items covered and protected from contamination.
- All food items stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Meats stored separate from veggies.
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
