Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Part time employee observed washing and rinsing dishes in 3 compartment sink. No sanitizer was being used. All dishes must be washed and sanitized properly as per sanitation plan

-Handwashing sink contains hot water, liquid soap, and paper towel
-General sanitation is adequate
-No signs of pest during inspection
-Coolers measured 4C or less: 2 stand up cooler, 1 sliding door cooler
-Freezer measured -18C: stand up freezer and chest freezer
-3 compartment sink available and equipped
-Test strips, thermometers, and temperature logs are available
-Hot holding units measured above 60C. These must be marked on temperature log.
-Bleach sanitizer measured at 100ppm
-Ice machine not in use for kitchen. Only used for ice bags for the football team.
