Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two bowls of soup were left on the counter to cool, no time tracking. Moved to the fridge. If cooling soup on the counter, always keep track of the cooling time.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two carts were blocking access to the hand washing sink at the time of inspection.
Always ensure that hand washing is easily available. You may place soap and paper towel beside the other single compartment sink and designate this one for handwashing if that is easier.
