- There is still no approval from Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) for the production of deli meats noted on the previous reports.
- The following items that were held in the back walk in cooler are discarded:
1) Polish Salami (~1.4kg)
2) Gypsy Salami (~0.77kg)
3) Hot Hungarian (~1.6kg)
4) Chorizo (~4 bags)
5) Polish Salami (semi dry) (~1.150kg)
- Do not display, sell, or dispense the following fermented sausages to the public until such time that VCH has approved the Food Safety Plans.
