Some sanitizing spray bottles are not labelled with content. Bottle use for customer tables should be labelled for "customer tables only" because content is >200 ppm QUA
All other dedicated handsinks are equipped with liquid soap, single use paper towels and hot/cold running water.
Lower preparation cooler measure <4C. Broken thermometer. Replace with good working thermometer.
